2010 (Christmas and New Years)

My resolutions for the new year are :

1. To be nicer to my family and friends

2. To become a straight A student

3. To be less sarcastic so I can look at things from the bright side

4. Never to have my GPA go below a 3.95

I want to be nicer to my family and friends because it would make me a better person. I need to be nicer to my little sister Sammie because sometimes I get into really silly arguments with her about the most un-important things. I REALLY want to become a straight A student because it would make me, my mother, and my grandparents really proud. I'm almost there, I just need to change my B+ in P.E to an A- which would make me a straight a student. I don't want to have a GPA below 4.0 because according to me GPA's of 3.95 (and above) are really good and I want to be really good at studies so when I grow up I can become successful.

Christmas has always been an important event in my family. We put up the tree together, we decorate the tree together, everything is done together. We all buy each other gifts as well. Christmas Eve's dinner is really cool in our family becuase my Mom always makes some really good dinner and then we all say prayers before we eat to thank God for all of his blessings. Although Christmas Eve is nothing compared to Christmas Day!

Christmas Day is so spectacular because you always wake up really early in the morning (this Christmas I woke up at 5:00 AM) and rush to your parents room. They always tell you its too early and go back to sleep for a few more hours, but you don't. Instead you go to the tree and examine all the presents. Afterwards you go to your room and try to sleep but your just too excited that you can't! So you end up reading a book. But when you do finally get to open the presents its one of the best feelings ever. You rip apart the paper and look at whats inside!! All the time your parents get you almost everything on your wishlist and more and you just look,play,laugh and smile! Everything is amazing!

This year my number one best Christmas present was my iPod Touch. I really kept nagging my parents to get me one and at first they weren't quite sure. But I knew they would give in eventually because, well, they always do get whatever me and Sammie want. My parents got me an iTouch and its really cool! You can go on internet with it and download apps (apps are games, or applications, they can be a game like Tap Tap Revenge 3, or a utility like a flashlight!) On your iTouch you can also download music, music video's, movies and way more! You can get this all from iTunes or the App Store but thats still part of iTunes, you have to make an account first so you can buy things. (Hooked to your parents credit cards of course ;D)

My iTouch has a red case with a big star on the back and its really nice because it looks mature but then again childish which is exactly what I wanted. Some of the other things that I got would be a pencil case, a water snake, a barrel of slime, three highlighters, glitter pens and nips. I got everything from my parents and Santa except for the nips, highlighters and glitter pens. Those were from Sammie. My new pencil case it black and it has tons of hearts on it. A water snake is this yellow plastic/rubbery tube and when you hold it it slips right out of your hand just like a snake. Its also filled with water. Sadly mine broke because I dropped it and the glue which held it together un-glued itself. A barrel of slime is this jar filled with slime. I like to play with it and rip it apart and then put it together again, nips is some candy. I also got a big bag of Laffy Taffy from my parents. Did I ever mention how much I LOVE Laffy Taffy? ITS THE BEST CANDY IN THE WORLD!
